Amber has spent the past decade leading high-impact executive searches for some of the most ambitious and category-defining companies in tech, including Anthropic, Typeface, Neon, Monte Carlo, Plaid, Elastic, Fivetran, and Asana. Most recently a top partner at The Cole Group, she was previously an early employee and recruiting leader at a go-to-market-focused search firm, where she launched and scaled its first executive search practice.
Outside of work, Amber is a ceramics artist, the proud (part-time!) coach of her daughter's soccer team, and an occasional poker shark. She’s a Bay Area native and lives in Berkeley with her husband, two daughters, and their sweet pup, Rosie.

Cameron is a seasoned executive recruiter who has led executive searches for some of the most influential companies in technology including Anthropic, Atlassian, Figma, Synthesia, Canva, Webflow, Darktrace and Retool. Before co-founding Aperture Partners, Cameron spent seven years at The Cole Group where she was an early Partner. She is honored to have supported some of the world’s top technology leaders in building high-impact careers, teams and businesses.
A former educator with a master's degree in childhood and special education, Cameron has always been passionate about helping individuals find fulfillment. She is a certified Enneagram coach (Type 2!) and enjoys live music, skiing, writing, and playing sports with loved ones. Cameron lives in her hometown of Atlanta with her husband, rambunctious twin boys, daughter, and rescue dog, Nola.

Chris joined Aperture from Erevena, where he spent almost 11 years working with high growth companies like Snyk, Duo Security, Scope3, PolyAI, Lucid and others. A Brit, his work with Erevena took him from London to San Francisco before ultimately opening and leading the New York office.
Chris is a regular pick-up basketball player and huge soccer (football!) fan, enjoying the early mornings to follow his beloved Tottenham whenever he can. He currently lives in Brooklyn with his wife and two mischievous cats, Cannoli and Spumoni.

Richard partners with founders and investors to place revenue and marketing executives, bringing deep operational expertise from scaling enterprise sales teams at companies like LightStep (acquired by ServiceNow) and Runway. A former sales leader who built outbound motions from scratch and hired GTM talent across every growth stage, he now applies an operator’s perspective to help companies find transformational leaders.
Richard is a girl dad living in San Francisco with his wife and two (soon three!) daughters. He’s often in Golden Gate Park for runs, tennis, museums, or birthday parties. A frequent traveler, he’s always planning the next family adventure, whether it’s exploring a new city or returning to favorite spots in Mexico.

Ben joins the world of search after 15 years of go-to-market leadership experience at companies like Navan and Dropbox. He has built and scaled teams across multiple stages of growth and knows firsthand that a company’s greatest advantage is its talent. His philosophy is simple: hire and develop great people, and the rest often takes care of itself.
A big believer in how the outdoors deepen connection, Ben finds his balance in the mountains going camping, trail running, and snowboarding. He currently lives in Marin where he and his wife are often sighted chasing their three young boys down a dirt trail.

Jordan joined Aperture Partners from Adobe, where he spent three years in software sales, before pivoting into their executive search practice to partner on senior GTM searches. Born and raised in Australia, Jordan relocated to the US after receiving a soccer scholarship at the University of San Francisco.
Jordan is an avid distance runner and snowboarder, loves to travel, and is always on the lookout for new restaurants. He currently lives in Los Angeles with his wife, Jess.

Meghan is a dynamic operations strategist who has partnered with startups and small businesses to create streamlined, scalable processes during critical growth phases. Her diverse client portfolio spans multiple industries including tech, HR, e-commerce, and hospitality sectors, where she works directly with founders and executives to transform operational challenges into sustainable advantages.
Meghan divides her time between the lake country of her native Minnesota and Nashville, Tennessee. An outdoor enthusiast, she balances her professional life with enjoying the outdoors with her husband, energetic son, and baby girl.
